The Prescience tubas have been developed to achieve the highest possible musical response in a non-compensating compact format. Both instruments features include a large bell (410 mm/16.14”) with the traditional British style bell profile. Both models have a newly developed leadpipe that combined with the 16.80 mm/0.66” bore produces a rich and powerful tone throughout the instruments range. Nickel silver outer slides are a feature of the Prescience range. The Prescience tubas are suitable for all applications from school wind bands through to brass and military bands where the compact nature of the instruments will be appreciated during marching use. These instruments are also suitable for the performing artist who needs a compact and portable non-compensating tuba for ensemble and studio use.
