York Preference Euphonium
YO-EU3068
The York Euphonium YO-EU3068 is an example of excellent craftsmanship. A 4 valve compensating instrument, this euphonium has improved intonation in the lower register.
The mouthpiece receiver is not soldered to the bell but connected by only a brace and allows for free vibration and an enhanced tone. The spring damper set creates quieter valve action.
The different mouthpipe position and the smaller bell give a different playing feeling, compared to the euphonium YO-EU3067, and a more compact sound. The smaller bore makes it easier to play and ensures a very clear and excellent sound projection in the high register. These characteristics make it the perfect choice for soloists playing with an orchestra.
